Another one of those threads i'm afraid.

I sent a letter approx 3-4 weeks ago to reclaim ppi from welcome as i'm positive i was mis-sold it. in the letter i also asked for 1) a statement showing all transaction between myself and them including any charges they have plus a up to date settlement figure. 2) i also sent them a cheque for that months payment (June) as they have failed 3 months on the trot to set up my direct debit i've sent back no less than 4 dd mandates! All of which were 'recieved to late to process' ?

The question is what the hell do i do now, they have not responded to any of that correspondence except for banking my cheque 3 weeks late! any thoughts would be helpful

thank you
