    I am very stressed:confused:
I got 2 credit reports and they seems fine.

BUT the NatWest is not acting right. In my first post I said I have reported to their fraud team and they filed a case and I supposed to receive an investigation reprot within 5 days.

It didn't arive so I called last Thursday (14th) and they deney of receiving any fraud report from me. This is a call centre and they email the details to the investigation team and there is no direct contact to the team. So, I had to report again and I was told to wait another 7 days.
In the meantime, last Saturday I received another letter that they are sending people to my house to recover the debt by any means. I called them again but there was no update.
By 21st August they will send my details to credit reference agencies acording to their first letter.

I am so stressed, My wife is very ill due to doctors neglegence and she goes to hospital frequently and due for an operation. I also have two small childrens to look after.

I don't know what to do. May be this morning I will go to those banks directly and to police.

No matter whether the debt is yours or not, DON'T phone them always write to them and send it recorded. That way you have a paper trail of what is said.

Next you have the option of putting something on your credit file to the effect that you have been a victim of identity theft and all applications for credit should be double checked.

You may want to think about how your details were taken. On favourite way is people going through your rubbish, so make sure that anything with personal details on like date of birth etc, that goes in your rubbish, is ripped up first.

    best of luck
