Hi all! Well, i went to the recruitment training today which was fantastic. We were told how to follow up leads, conduct interviews and sign new recruits up. We went through the Aspiring Leader Programme (Module 1) and the importance of recruiting plus how the career plan works. It was very informal and great fun!

Came home and called a past lead up who is very keen on the £25 offer and she is going to spend her evening tonight trying to get some people to have parties! Im going to see her tomorrow to try and help her out booking parties and will sign her up asap. Fingers crossed! Also going to an interview with my AM on Tuesday to see how she does things and hopefully the potential recruit will sign up because she was so keen at the party last week.

If both those sign up that will give me 4 consultants so i'll only need one more to make exec consultant. If i can acheive that by January i'll be very happy.
