    I don't really do cake, but I was really hungry! And I had a cup of coffee to wash it down. Took ages though. Imagine you can eat 5 as a B healthy option!

    Well according to their scales I put a 1lb on! But I fail to see how thats right! I feel a lot slimmer and I have just put it down to the time of the month.

    Don't usually post this late - but just had bad news and I'm home alone. Had a lovely evening - went to see Mamma Mia - brilliant if cheesy - got home to a phone call to tell me my cousin had committed suicide on Sunday night - feel right s**t now. sorry to bore you all
