CD burning program

Please can someone offer advice on the best CD burning program to buy. I use the windows media that came with XP, but I am looking for an easier one that not only copies but searches for and prints labels and covers etc. To copy my own CD's for my car for my own use....of course! ;D

Nero 6 is the most popular cd burn software
you could download and try the demo at

I do not know of any good free alternatives.

Don't know what the 'best' program is, I suspect that it comes down to what you are prepared to spend.
I recently upgraded by CD/DVD burner to Sonic RecordNow!, the main reason being that the PC came with an earlier version of the same (if it was good enough for HP etc...)

PS Its easy to use and supports dual layer DVDs, I've had no problems with it.

try https://www.cdcovers.cc for the covers and use a prog called coverxp to print them.

Warning!!! I have ordered goods from this company, 2 out of 3 items arrived after 2-3 weeks, the 3rd never arrived. After 3 months phoning, emailing and a registered letter I got a refund but not Shipping & Handling. As Nero 6 is free there is no comeback.
