Almost 2 years ago my OH went bankrupt, the OR said he could keep his bike as he needed for employment. His Time was up in December and when we do a HPI check on the bike it says tha black harse still have an interest in it????He would like to Part exchange it but obviously can'tAny ideas would be greatly appreciated

If bike was on HP, then decision not OR's to make (unless equity in the bike) as the finance is secured against the bike. It's only if you default and return the bike to the HP company that the shortfall is included in the BR. Have you been making payments to Black Horse?0
