Still a lender out there who puts 4 people/incomes on a mortgage?

Hiya,
I am researching this for a good friend who wonered if this could be done. It was possible before the credit crunch but since I left the industry I cannot be 100% certain and dont want to give them wrong info.
I no longer have access to a sourcing system nor access to certain lenders websites and a number of lenders shut their doors.
So could some of the still actively trading Mortgage Advisers here kindly tell me if there is still a lender out there, who would consider 4 separate persons and 4 salaried incomes to purchase a property? And how would they take the incomes into account? 100% of the first 2 incomes and 50% of the other 2 incomes?
Or can one just go Self Cert? If the lenders will only take 2 incomes, he would have to self cert the other 2 incomes, I guess. Are there still self cert deals out there? What is a good rate currently?
He is looking at £43K, £27K, £19K & £15K.
Thank you!
