It’s award season again, but fortunately, you don’t need to dig out your tux and shine your good shoes. However, we would like to hear your opinions on the PCs, laptops and components you’ve bought during the last year, as the Custom PC awards features nine awards that will go to the companies that you vote have delivered the best products and service.
The purpose of the awards and our Reader Satisfaction Survey is to give CPC readers the opportunity to pass judgement on PC and component manufacturers, retailers and ISPs. We’re giving you the chance to score the companies you deal with in areas such as after-sales service, websites, and the frequency of driver updates and bug fixes. We also want you to tell us how their products fare in terms of key factors such as performance, build quality and value for money, and how well the kit overclocks too.
There are also three awards decided by the CPC editorial team – the Dream PC 2008, Technical Innovation and the Elite Hardware awards. The results of all 12 awards will be announced in Issue 63, which goes on sale on the 23 October.
As well as having your say, by taking part in the survey, you’ll be in with a chance of winning a unique overclocked Gaming PC, Courtesy of YoYoTech, featuring an AMD ATHLON 64 X2 5000+ CPU, a Sapphire CrossFire motherboard and Radeon 2900 Pro Graphics card, and a hand-crafted Cooler Master chassis with Sapphire design.
So click on to the survey make yourself heard.
