Finally - have managed to get Conaught collections (1st credit) to see sense and they have accepted hubby's offer of £5 per month and supplied details for standing order to be set up- hurray!!! only taken over 8 months and numerious letter.
Thanks to all for the help and support to stick this out and keep me sane when 1st credit etc were applying pressure.Don't get strung out by the way I look,

Thats good news devonsdreamer:D
But keep an eye on them and make sure you get a statement of account every now and then to make sure everything is going as it should. If they dont send one automaticaly i would request one every three months, costs them more to administer your account if you do too, may not be a lot but..........;)
Thats it, i am done, Blind-as-a-Bat has left the forum, for good this time, there is no way I can recover this account, as the password was random, and not recorded, and the email used no longer exits, nor can be recovered to recover the account, goodbye all ………….

I like that thinking-I shall be doing that.
They have said they wil review the account periodially- which I know means try to pressure you into paying more but since i start back to college in september we will have less disposale for the next few years so they can swing.Don't get strung out by the way I look,
