Careful of what? Its a free MOT and someone who isn't too familiar with the forums wouldn't know where to put it for the best.
And to be honest this is probably where i and others would have posted too. Where would YOU have posted it?0 -

To be fair, how long is it going to take to wonder what "no spend required" means. Personally, I'd have been tempted to put this as a grabbit (as, presumably, it's for a limited time), maybe on the motoring board, or arms.
Grey area though, if it's money you'd spend anyway....Maybe we need another board: "freebies, no *additional* spend required"
While we're here, though, I'm fairly sure Tesco are doing a similar deal at the mo...0 -
thanks for not being mean to me i thought it was a good offer and got a bit excited coz i dont come across many "free" things had a look at tescos and there offer is £40 off petrol or shopping but my free mot is still worth more at £44.50 and the insurance is a lot cheaper. if the post does need to be moved could somebody do it for me or tell me what to do please.0

Beware of the so called free MOT's
My insurance did something like this last year. My MOT cost £50 and it took forever to get a cheque of them for that amount.0 -

I can 100% assure you this is a free mot!! :T My dad took out insurance with Kwik Fit about 6 months ago and the day after he took out the policy we received an e-mail with our voucher for the mot attached! If for any reason your voucher is illegible or you have no printer they supply a phone number in the e-mail so you can call and they send you a copy of your voucher to use! It has your name and car reg on it so it is not transferable and it can only be used on that car you can't transfer it to another!, We got the mot done at Kwik Fit 3 months ago and had no problems whatsoever we booked the mot in advance then handed over the voucher on the day! There was no questions asked and no extras to pay! We also used the 10% off card towards the balance of our repairs! You also get this card sent to you free with your policy as well entitling you to 10% off all repairs etc at Kwik Fit:D We have found them a great company to deal with so far and saved £80 on our insurance!
Sorry to go on but i just wanted to assure everyone there is no catch to this deal!;)
Cheers

There comes a time in your life when you realise who matters, who used to matter and those that never did;)

Thanks to everyone on here than has helped me through my darkest days!:D0
