CCJs - how long on credit file

Hello
Can anybody tell me if CCJs stay on your credit file for 6 years from judgement or satisfaction?
Fell out with the solicitors handling my divorce years ago and next month is the 6th anniversary of judgement. I then refused to pay them more than a token each month so took over two years to satisfy the debt.
Its the last blemish on my file so it'd be nice to get rid of it.
