Take a look for yourself; http://www.abrexa.co.uk/p2/printers/all-in-one-printer.htm
At that price you will be limiting yourself to a Lexmark. As long as speed is not of the essence and you watch out for the price of new ink cartridges, you'll be fine.0 -

Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere(please see this rule) so this thread has been moved to the i wanna board, where it should get more replies. If its just a printer (and you could do without scanner etc...) For that price you could get a cannon printer and the cartridges can be picked up really cheap for cannon printers.
I have got the ip1500 great printer and the cartridges are about £2 each0 -
Have to fully agree with the canon recomendation. I asked for advice here some months ago on a printer for my daughter. I was told to go for the canon pixma ip3000 which I did, she raved about it so much that as I needed a new printer this week I got the canon pixma ip4000. These printers are getting trickier to find as the latest model has been released I finally found them in Argos, and they have just reduced the price of them.
I know that they are slightly more than your price range but you will save money in the long run on cartridges. Or you could go for the other model recomended by divadee which is (i think) within your stipulated price range. Hope this helps.

check out Ebay I just got a manufacturer refurbished Canon MP130 All in One off there for £50 and it's like new. They supposedly come from Canon direct and the one I got was like new not a mark on it comes with all the software ink cartridges etc couldn't be faulted.
Whatever you do don't buy a lexmark. I had a lexmark previously and I had to change it as I couldn't afford to keep it in cartridges. I got my Canon for the price of a colour and black and white cartridge for the lexmark.Titch0
