Do you mean Easiyo?
I have one. I'll find a link for you.May all your dots fall silently to the ground.0 -
Here's the easiyo thread.
What is it you need to know? It says in my booklet to half fill the yogurt jar with cold water and mix in the contents of the sachet, then top up with more cold water. Put lid on, shake. Then pour boiling water into the outer flask up to the top of the red bit inside, put the jar inside the flask, put the lid on the outer bit and leave for between 6 and 12 hours. Then put the inside bit in the fridge.May all your dots fall silently to the ground.0 -

Hi Joseph, I make my own yoghurts all the time using the Easiyo system and there are some gorgeous flavours: I just had caramel over the weekend)
The EasiYo packets make a litre of yoghurt and lasts for up to two weeks in the fridge (not in my house!!!! 2 days is the max as it is so yummy!!
You can get replacement powders from Lakeland and if there isn't one near you then you can purchase inline and the instructions are on the outside of the packs - but if you contact Lakeland they could probably send you a booklet/or go onto the EasiYo website for other retailers.
I also use my yoghurt for making muffins, replacing the milk in the recipes for easiyo and they taste lovely.
Hope that helps - best wishes0 -
