We apologize for the delay but we were waiting for our new delivery of wash cages which we have now received. I will put a wash cage in the post for you today.

Havn't received mine yet! Emailed early October to say I hadn't received one, was told one would be sent 'tomorrow'. Emailed 3 weeks later to say I hadn't received one, no reply. Emailed again 1 week later, was told one would be sent 'tomorrow'. 2 weeks later I havn't got it still so asking where it is again today. In the meantime i've got loads of their newsletters but no confidence to buy anything cuz how am i supposed to know if what i buy would turn up from them!

Well done to those that got theirs, i'll keep trying!

Ps, this should be moved to gone but not forgotton board

i've not recieved one either, i wouldn't buy from them anyway, they are too expensive.

I haven't had mine either, nor have a couple friends I know that signed up to the newsletters. We do get plenty of newsletters but no wash cage! That's the way the cookie crumbs!

Very confusing!
Northern Lass and I had an email on the same day saying they were posting ours out that same day, and it did arrive for us both the next day...

All I would suggest is that you email again, saying that friends of yours had received theirs at the end of September and early October, and where is your one. Worth a try I guess.

Never did get mine either.
Just getting the their emails, gonna unsubsribe now.
No mention of it on their website now so expect you are right about it needung to be moved.
