I e mailed them early this morning and have not even had a standard response at all yet!

I like the idea of changing details, I certainly don't want to be on their data base any longer.

Got a reply back from Loaded247 this morning in response to my email asking what is going on:

"Unfortunately we have been unable to obtain Jeremy Clarkson - Hot Metal as it is no longer available. Please accept our apologies"

which is the same lame excuse on the order history page >:( >:(

Perhaps I could educate you in the art of Customer Service. I advise
companies on how to best communicate with their customers and Rule 1 is -
ignore your customers at your peril.

Please can you advise why you have cancelled my order without emailing me
first or are you just rude?

If you do not email me by 16:00 Monday 22 November, consider your company
blacklisted.

Many apologies. I was under the impression that an explanation e-mail was
automatically sent when titles were cancelled. I'll have our I.T guy look
into it to have it rectified.

hmmmm...perhaps the moral is never assume anything? ::)

not bothered whether they honoured the order, would have been great to get one....never mind...maybe in the sales in january....i will laugh like a drain if they are less than 5.99 then!
