House prices to 'plunge a third by 2010'

Leading accountant Deloitte has warned that UK house prices will fall by a third by the end of 2010.

    The way lending criteria is and inflation rising fast I think prices will fall even faster. Prices have already fallen more than a third on many thousands of properties.

    "Deloitte's economic adviser, Roger Bootle" :rolleyes: These figures may well be an acurate analysis of what will happen, however Roger Bootle (Capital Economics) has been THE most Bearish of all the analysts for a while now
