same here, I ordered about 11pm last night, so far no email and no payment taken from card.

To anyone who has received confirmation email, how long did you have to wait after you ordered?

I ordered one about 9.10am this morning, and received email confirmation within 5 minutes. Fingers crossed!

Received conformation email within seconds of completing transaction but outstanding balance has not gone from account yet. Hope this arrives as have had a spate of garden thefts in area and have just been given permission from housing association to errect a shed.

Within minutes of ordering I received an e-mail they stated was "an acknowledgement of receipt of your order" ... but of course that doesn't commit them to anything.
