30 Free Texts on Orange PAYG

I did reply to post not sure where it went!!!
I sent text a few weeks ago when this was posted but have never got activation text and now keep on getting texts re comp grab a grand!!

Have they stopped the 30 free texts from there website. Couldnt find it at first (why do they move things around?).. Now when I enter number and pass it just goes back to the home page. Cleared cookies and still nothing.

Look under email/communicate (or something like that) after logging on, not in My Account where it used to be.

I've been having the same problem. The website was rejigged last week and it hasn't worked since. The links don't take you to the correct pages.

I contacted orange to let them know and they said I hadn't registered my account online. I replied to them to say I had, and they then said it is a known problem on the website but there is a workaround: click on sitemap, and then 'send a message' and this will work.

Unfortunately, this second link does not exist!

I haven't yet got back in touch with them to let them know.
