Basically, the £15 is an incentive which you can't really win anything.

Ok I've registered but it says my balance is nothing & when I try play it asks me to deposit money - I thought you got £15 free to play with?

did you register with a credit card??? it doesn't take any money but you need to, the only thing I can think of
