Non-boozy Pimms alternative

Anyone got any suggestions on how I can make something Pimms like but non-achoholic
My mate is a Pimms addict and coming over shortly, but is preggers and is really missing it! I want to make something Pimms like for her :-)

Any ideas xxx

You could make a drink from pink lemonade, ice and chopped cucumber, apple, mint, lemon.

Is she not having alcohol at all A small shot of Pimms into a lot of lemonade, may give the taste without lots of the alcohol, IYSWIM.

Or try this thread - non-alcoholic cocktails.

Ribena and lemonade if you havnt got pink lemonade? With some fruit cut up in it, and lots of ice like PP said.

In Tesco's they had Schweppes "Summer Punch & Lemonade", which looked a heck of a lot like a non-alcoholic version of Pimms - you could try serving that with lots of ice, some fruit & mint? Pic here

I had that Schwepes summer punch at a picnic last week cos I was driving. It tastes exactly like Pimms - even had a bit of a cool minty taste as if it had been sitting in a jug full of fruit, cucumber and mint! It would be nice to decant it and add some bits so that it feels a bit more special but apart from that it was a good alternative to alcohol.
