sky digibox has packed up - need a new one

My panasonic sky digi box has packed up - engineer says it is overheating. £99 to repair or £149 for a new one.
I figure repairing the old one won't be any good as it will only overheat again. Apparently the new ones are smaller, need less power and better ventilated these days.
So where is the best place for a cheap replacements sky digi box - I need it without subscription to Sky as I'm on 'freesat'.
