i have a wil123s indesit its ok it does the job still cant really get used to the program knob not turning around during the cycle (as my previous one did) i think a lot of the new ones do that now, i had seen the washer priced at £199 in b&q

Avoid Servis washing machines... cheap but poor quality, unreliable and extortionate for spares...

Mine broke down after just 60 washes - motor and electronics. (Out of guarantee.) Quoted over £200 just for 2 parts, which may not solve the problem.

Not very good customer service either - despite an 'independent' engineer's report, they seem to be saying that it's OK for their machines to fail (wear and tear) after so little use!

Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Thanks for all your replies. I only want a cheap one as we shall probably be moving in the next year or so and when I move I would like to have matching appliances.
