dont help boost BT's profits

"Do you pay for caller ID on a BT phone? If so, you are wasting £21 a year as it is now free - but BT is not going out of its way to tell the thousands of early subscribers to the service who are still paying £5.25 per quarter."
BT's new Privacy service includes caller ID, but BT has no plans to tell its customers this.

Also, BT has increased the cost of off-peak calls lasting more than an hour - again BT has not mentioned this to customers.
