Can't help with a direct offer.
The cheapest way, IMHO, is to upgrade the internals of your existing system. If you know someone who dables in building them then the EBuyer blowout deals (used stock) are a good source if you don't need the latest and greatest stuff.
If you want a larger CRT monitor (say 17") then join your local freecycle group as these seem to crop up on mine on a regular basis .....0
