    Jaffa cakes! Brilliant things. Man who invented them should be knighted. Hardly any calories and the Tesco Value ones are dead cheap too. They feed my chocolate fix.

    Ok I set a slightly higher then £60 limit. But if you think you'll struggle with that head over to the old style board for some friendly advice and guidance. They can really cut down the costs of your eating!!

    As for the food you are eating, health wise that sounds appalling. You wouldn't manage 2 jobs due to lack of nutrients in your diet let alone other things!!

    Just one thing on your budget....£3.50 for tv license?? do you get a cheaper license as a full year costs £126.50 = or am I going mad....

    lol no I share a house with two other girls and we split the bills into thirds.

    And yes I eat rubbish. It's an improvement, I used to only eat chocolate.

    When you take money out to spend, place the receipt for the spent items in the bag you took the money from!

    If no receipt then write on a piece of paper all the details.

    This will help you start collating the information about where your money is going as well!!! You're one step away from menu planning!!
