Mealplanner with recipe/ingredients list?

Hi all, long time lurker and decided to register. I am after the above, any ideas on where i can find one? I have done a search both on here and on the internet but no real joy!!
Ideally what I am looking for is something like a spreadsheet that will allow me to add meals with full ingredient lists, on the meal planner side i could input the required meal and it would automatically add the ingredients required to a shopping list which can be edited depending on what is already in the cupboard.
Hope that this makes sense, and any help would be appreciated.
Maybe someone techie could make one????

Welcome DSB, You have posted on the wrong forum. Pop over to OS (Or perhaps a kind Mod will move your thread). OS- Old style MSE can help you with this, they are a really helpful and friendly bunch
