Received a WEM - but paranoid about spam!

I have just had a WEM from someone at Orange Accessories saying I have won a Sony PSP. I don't want to get excited incase its not real!
This was the email, addressed to my name:
Hi Victoria,
Im writing to you from www.orangeaccessories.co.uk regarding your recent entry to our competition to win a variety of prizes.
I am delighted to inform you, that the draw took place this morning and you are one of our lucky winners!
You have won a Sony PSP
Please respond to this E-mail with your full details, including full name, date of birth, address and contact telephone number.
If we do not receive a response before Friday 1st August, an alternative winner will be randomly drawn.
Can anyone shed any light on this or find anything on the comps board, I have no idea how to search!
