  • I wouldn't wait for a reply on this forum - just ring any Woolwich number explain the situation and ask them to put you through to the correct department.

I hope your Grandad is okay...

agreed, try the main mortgage number 0845 677 0002. I'd imagine it may be too late to release funds for today though.

it would be on your offer but they dont put it in the website.

this number: 0845 601 5610 is for the reserve account people who are in the same office and will either transfer you or give you the number.

They won't be able to tell you what time the money will get there but will tell you if it deffo going to be today.

I have spoken to Woolcich and they say my rate has expired even though my mortgage offer is valid until the 7th November 2008. They say I have to be put on a new rate and pay any fees attached to this. I am in such a mess and so confused. I havn't bugetted for yet more reservation fees. I seem to keep getting batterd back from pillar to post where no one has any real idea of what is happening.

Hi, thanks for your help the offer has been extended but nowhere in my offer does it state that there are dual expirey dates on there. The only expirey date it gives is that of the offer (27th Nov 08) . I have read through everything that has been given to me and there is no mention of an expirey date for completion on the curent rate.

Is this legally enforceble of in my offer it does not state anything about the rate being able to be withdrawn?
