There is now way you could jump from £10 to nearly £2,000 it just isn't possible. To send in the balifs it has to go to court to get an order to seize the goods. As its already been to court and you are making the payments ordered, I think they are just trying to scare you into paying more. If they phone back ask for it in writing and tell them you record calls.Barclaycard 3800

Have you kept up payments with the CCJ since it was set?
If you've not recieved a Warrant of Execution then the credior has no right to request a baliff to visit your property. I'd suggest ringing the County Court that the CCJ is registered with to ensure it is all up to date.
It sounds like they are trying to pressure you into coughing up more for the debt, despite the fact the CCJ has been set at a fair amount. If the CCJ is all up to date they have no right to threaten you with such behaviour and I would be inclined to write an official letter of complaint to their Head Office.I am a Debt Counsellor that works for the CCCS and have specific permission from Martin, to post on these boards to try and help those in debt.
