I've still not use virgin wines, I don't think it's that great a deal - the bottles work out at £3.30ish each and you've no choice in the matter - i'd arther go down to tesco or teh local offy and choose some £3 a bottle wine for myself! (I usually go to teh supermarket, and find the wine with the most money off, then get that one!!)

    Good spot tho!
  • Virgin wines GUARANTEE that if you don't like it you don't pay for it.

I have only had cause to use this once when I disliked a wine sent in a mixed case which 2 bottles in it.

    Refunded me without question.
    I have a cunning plan!
Proud to be dealing with my debts.

My experience of Virgin Wines is that they don't refund you per-se, just credit your account, so the only way to redeem the credit is to place another order.

As the "introduction" offers are better than those available to existing customers it is usually cheaper to encourage a family member to create a new account than to use the refund credit on your existing account.

However the cases of wine I've had from Virgin have on the whole been of a good quality and I've found a £3 wine from Virgin (with offers) to be more drinkable than a £3 (reduced from £6) wine from Tesco.

    YMMV - Rufus.
