SAw advert in local press this week. New government scheme to help first time buyers buy private properties instead of having to choose from shared ownership plots.
Apparently the government will pay between 15-50% and all you need to do is fine the other half of the mortage. ANd then pay them a rent payment on top of your mrtage payment.
Sounds great. WE are filling in the form this weekend and keeping our fingers crossed very tight!!!:j
