Anyone know why they take 3 weeks to deliver? I am not impressed. Thought I was so organised but if stuff is wrong, I am faced with last minute trawling around the shops.:mad:

this was the same two years ago and in the end some of the items we ordered didnt arrive until after our daughter went back to school. Didnt use them last year due to this and also wasnt sure the quality was as good as expected from M&S0
