Tesco ending clubcard deals?

Sorry if this is old news to you guys but I thought I would share it!

If this is genuine then it looks like we could be coming to the end of the 4XDeal so I am trading my vouchers in when they come in August and then Tesco will lose another customer.

And apologies if this is in the wrong place but I am new to the boards.

Thanks for the heads up. Our next vouchers arrive end August so I will be converting them all. (Will be fuming if they stop it before my statement arrives.

Then I am cancelling my Credit card and shopping elsewhere.

How dare they do it without warning! We use them to go on holiday every year so really rely on them.:mad:

Keep in mind that they may not actually be canceling them. I searched online and found no mention of this other than on the link above. And that's not exactly an official source. I'll be keeping an eye out, but I don't think I want to use up all the points I was saving towards a trip based on that info in the link without any corroboration.

I've just read the last post on hotukdeals and someone has posted to day that they have rung the Tesco clubcard line and been told that this is a hoax. Has anyone else phoned them. Thanks.

i really think this is a hoax. i work for tesco and we are always promoting the clubcard, so why would we do that if it was going to all be changed .? i personally save my points for deals and currently have about £120 worth (£480 in deals). i will keep saving until i have enough for a holiday ! if i do hear anything about this at work i will let you all know straight away, but i think it is total rubbish.xxxxxxx

Have decided this is a hoax.

If they do decide to ever end the 4x deals, they would not do it so abrubtly. They would deffo give people a years or 6 months warning. They would alianate too many customers otherwise.

This is happening next year sometime. It has been leaked to soften the blow when it is released officially next summer. Enjoy while its here!!
