Thoughts on this Havianias Wellies campaign?

Supposed to bzz to friends etc with no knowledge or experience of the product...? Odd.

Have accepted the campaign, but won't busy myself too much with this one. With slim chance of reward.

Another campaign i've not been invited to, but as it's not actually a campaign but a competition i'm not as bothered. Also confused as to why it's even on Bzzagent.

Yeah, it doesn't make a great deal of sense. Surely the idea of Bzz is to have experienced the product before telling others about it? After all, in other campaigns, they really big up "try it before you bzz it!"

Seems like these welly-makers want the free publicity without contributing anything themselves to the vast majority of agents. A bit cheeky I think! Personally, I'm surprised Bzz have agreed to run it. I guess a large payment crossed hands somewhere... :cool:

Well a woman on the BzzAgent facebook page said: BzzAgent isn't a product trial site. It's a word of mouth marketing site. But BzzAgent themselves say on their website: We put products in the hands of hundreds of thousands of real consumers and help them share their opinions about them with friends and family via reviews, Facebook posts, photos and videos, blog posts and more.

I'm doing the Havaianas one I agree it's a slightly odd one though.

I'm also doing the Tesco Finest chocolate one.

It's nice to actually have been invited to a couple of campaigns after a few months of nothing

just picked up the yogurt and cheese for the tesco finest one, not a big yogurt eater but some look nice

I didn't get an invite but wouldn't have accepted even if I had. I am not promoting a product to my friends that I have not tried, it goes against the whole "Bzz" ethos in my opinion. I enter plenty of competitions for free anyway
