I would complain to Bzz Agent - you are either supposed to get free products or a voucher that covers a free product, I would not be spending any of my own money on them personally. Tesco are cheapskates through and through
Theres nothing in the terms and conditions to say you are "either supposed to get free products or a voucher that covers a free product."...in fact ive joined several campaigns in the past where the product hasn't been free...phillips steam generator irons were only given if we agreed to pay £20 towards the cost and much the same with a light box type thing a few years ago.frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!
2017 toiletries challenge 179 out 145 in ...£18.64 spend0 -
they seem to have forgot about meThanks for any help and advice given

The title of this thread would appear to be rather misleading then..... :think:0 -
Most of the trials you will get products for free but not all. Just depends on the campaign!0

The point of these campaign is to get people who would not otherwise use the product.
The amount of "work" that BzzAgent requires each participant for a campaign to do means that getting the product to review is the least they can offer.
Free work and free advertising !
The numbers of campaigns you get is dependent on how well you promoted the brand (How many people reached on FB, TW, review sites etc.)
BzzAgent never mentioned when you signed up that your would only get money off vouchers and I cannot find detailed information on what's in my Bzz Kit this time.
The cost for Tesco to offer the product free to people who canvass and advertise for them is a fraction of what it would cost us in the shop AND they get brand exposure and advertise which usually costs thousands of pounds, and not as effective as word of mouth.
I feel really used and abused on this particular campaign.
Feel like I have been forced by Tesco to buy their products, fill their pocket and give them free advertising as the icing on the cake.
Now, there may be two redeeming factor :
- Maybe the vouchers can be added to cover the whole cost of the product ? Usually not the case with coupons but I did not read anything stating otherwise at the back of the voucher
- Even less probable but still an open option : I received the vouchers yesterday but the status on BzzAgent is that the product will be dispatched soon . . . are they ?0 -

I would be interested if you can use more than one voucher per product but I suppose that each store assistant may interpret it differently. As my nearest tesco is 20 miles away I don't think it would be worth my while as I only have money off vouchers. I will probably be better off shopping at mr A with my 10% staff discount.0 -
I too am really disappointed with the 'free from' campaign - they have run this previously in a much better way - the last time the vouchers were towards any products from the free from range - this time they are vouchers for specific products none of which I would buy - my daughter is lactose intolerant and these products are all gluten free! apart from the pizza which doesn't seem to exist anyway!
This has to be the worst campaign I have ever taken part in! There is no way I can bzz in a positive way as we wont be testing any of the products!Entering a few comps here and there 2020 seems my best year for wins so far:- iphone xs, limited edition whiskey, Masha and the Bear toys, newborn baby stuff, 3 x books, 12 months membership to diet app, bottle of syrup, Baby Shark singing puppet, children’s book, Nasty vegan shake x 2 packs.0 -
I got the sure one. Am doing that, the veet, e45 and the free from at the moment.2012 Wins - May - Box of Magners. June - tickets to Udderbelly festival, Krave cereal, Trip to New York with £500 coach voucher0

I would agree with you...IF Bzz were the OP of the thread, but that is not the case!!
I really dont think people should be so harsh on BZZ...afterall you could have declined the campaign and it wouldn't have had an effect on your eligibility for other future campaigns.
Every campaign invite ive ever received, and there have been a lot over the years, clearly gives you the option to say no if you dont want to do it....sadly I think too many just think that they need to accept everything, because its free!
I admit that the quality of some of the recent campaigns hasn't been as good as they used to be,but they are a lot more frequent and seem to be getting lots more people involved. A few years ago whilst the quality of the campaign might have been better you would wait months between them....so I guess if you dont like the way BZZ is going you dont have to accept further campaigns.frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

I'm sure it's not what you want to hear, but it was stated that the Free From campaign was money off vouchers only rather than free products, sorry
This is most likely that they are aimed at people who do buy free from products that would like to try out new products, but as free from products are expensive alot of people stick with what they know.
For me this is great as I am gluten free, and a loaf of bread can be up to £4 for a small loaf, and as you can imagine it i expensive to try other gluten free loafs especially as gluten free bread is most often dry and horrible.
The problem is when people who genuinely do not buy free from products and they are likely to feel let down or disappointed because normal items cost much less than free from items. Personally I am thrilled I can get pizza, bread, muffins, macaroons, baguettes and porridge for about the same price as one loaf of free from bread would cost me. No one is forcing you to buy a product, or to review or advertise it. You should really read the campaign thoroughly before accepting a campaign, this one did state money off coupons only but also signing up to campaigns you don't wish to take part in will bring down your bzz score too.
Tesco policy is only one coupon per item so no you wont get it free.
Admittedly they should have put some dairy free vouchers in there too, but on the bright side next week is national coeliacs week and their free from products are 3 for 2, so maybe if you are buying two products already and wanted a dairy free you could add one as your third itemComping wishlist for 2017
