    Mine has just arrived - at 7 p.m. - delivered by the Man in the Elderly Fiesta representing DHL. I had about given up hope for a delivery today!

    Great, just in time to start the post-holiday ironing!

    Dont want to be teaching you to suck eggs but have you pressed the steam button? You need to hold this or lock it down for the steam to flow. Hope you get it sorted.
