  • there's a new survey today for those who reported issues with the pump on the toni and guy bottle, they want to send out a new batch
  • I was delighted when I was offered the C600 Electric Toothbrush to trial. In my wildest dreams I would never think of abusing that by selling it. It's such a shame that a few give the rest of us a bad name.

The only downside is that my doesn't work. :-( It will not charge. I found this thread because I was looking to see if anyone else had had the same problem.

Unfortunately, BzzAgent took a week to respond to my request for an exchange and then just told me to get in touch with Colgate, which I have. I am still waiting to hear from them.

If I can exchange it for one that works, I will definitely be keeping it!

It's a shame about this, but I still love BzzAgent. They have offered me most of their trials and I am currently doing the Knorr Gravy Pots too, which is lovely.

I am very honest in my feedback and have said when I don't like things, so don't worry that they don't offer you more because you say something negative.

keep going back to colgate over the broken brush and if you can phone them as well as email.....I had a problem with the steam iron a few years back and eventually philips did send out a replacement to me but it was difficult to find someone who actually knew what I was talking about when i said I had been sent the product to test by bzz.
If you also offer to send the product back that usually indicates that they might be more willing to sort the problem out
The main difficulty I had was that there was never a receipt for the item and as such without a receipt you cant take it back
Hope you get something sorted for the new year.
frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

Thank you, LEJC. I know, it is really tricky when you didn't buy it. I did send them a link to BzzAgent and offer to return it, so fingers crossed.

I'll keep chasing now I know there's a chance - thank you!

Its a shame that some people sell the toothbrushes on ebay.

I wish i had the chance to be given a trial for it. So far i have only ever got one trial which was the comfort pure one. Everyone else seems to have be invited to 3 or more :(

    Hello all!

Is anyone else trialling the Knorr gravy pots? I've tried a beef and a chicken one and followed the instructions but both times it's ended up a bit lumpy. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

When I was trialling the Knorr stock pots, never found any problems. Just added to vegetable stock and boiled, then added gravy granules to thicken.

The Knorr stock pots dissolved pretty quickly.

I just follow the instructrions, add 1/2 cold 1/2 boiling water to the gravy pot and whisk on hob until boiling, then boil for 1 minute and lovely and smooth, only let boil for 1 minute or else it turns into a jelly:rotfl:

I had Tesco chicken value pies, spicy wedges and sprouts, carrots and broad beans for tea tonight the chicken gravy went very well with it:T
