The thing that annoys me about Bzz is that they don't want to know about you talking about the products on forums like this one, only about the talk you have with your friends. Surely the chat we have on here is all about sharing the Bzz as well?
I now have to resubmit my cookies report to talk about the 1 discussion I had with 1 person when the first thing she said was that she never shops at Tesco!0 -

And the flustrating thing is that peobably an awful lot of people on forums do actually have an interest in the products and therefore are actually likely to buy them if they are talked about in a positive way.....I didnt get the lambrini cider campaign offered to me...but as a result of seeing it on a bzz campaign and treading on here about it,I picked a bottle up when I saw it when I went shopping!
For bzz it should be about marketing a product whether that be on forums or word of mouth...and yes my pictures were rejected because they didnt include a face...it included the product the recipe card and the plated meal...but apparently thats not good enough!!frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!
2017 toiletries challenge 179 out 145 in ...£18.64 spend0 -

I don't even bother with photos! I'm finding the whole process quite annoying to be honest. They seem to want a lot from you, and I'm not sure that I'm prepared to do it any more for a free pack of cookies! Though the Knorr campaign was quite generous so maybe it is worth continuing!0 -
Could you perhaps decant it into another spray bottle, so you can still use it? Tesco must have something cheap in a spray bottle?
Well I did switch the 'faulty' pump with the one on the T&G heat protection spray that also came with the Bzz pack but after about 3 uses the same happened with that one! I have other spray-pump bottles with various beauty stuffs in them at home so may try another. It's just a bit frustrating!"Why, this is hell, nor am I out of it."0 -
It s annoying and sometimes makes me cross when you try and write something or send a photo and get a rejection. I have had a fair few myself. I am a lot better at reporting than when I first started and read what they want more carefully.
I have just had a lambrini - how did you party go? rejection.
Told them about my party on holiday when we went to visit a relative with a bottle of Lambrini. They said it was a rejection because I had already sent a report of my holiday.
I think not for Lambrini. I did send my comments for handy cans on holiday though.
It seems pot luck to the photo's to. I have seen many photo's of just the item then get the reject unless a person is in the photo. The secret to success is making very small, yet constant changes.:)0 -

I agree, it is pot luck, I followed their instructions
"You can submit a maximum of 3 photos, so to get your points make sure they are the Bzziest they can be. That means they have to be of a dish you cooked with your Knorr Stock Pots or have a human in them! After all, we know what we sent you in the kit."
"that means they have to be of a dish you cooked with your Knorr Stock Pots or .....
so I don't know what their problem is. I wrote and complained but I won't be doing anything more than the minimum from now on. I am not wasting any more time on them. Much rather chat here instead.0 -
I had my 10 photo's badge today(if that's what it is called?)
On 8.2 score
I keep chatting and mostly get a good as I have improved. Some rejections though!
Photo's with a person in seem fairly safe.
I think they like photo's attached to report(if that's the right one). I did a knorr report and put in a photo of my food. Got a good. The secret to success is making very small, yet constant changes.:)0 -
I have had all three of the photos I tried to submit recently rejected and really starting to feel like I won't bother again. I'd consider myself a decent photographer and the photos I posted were similar in the type of thing they contained to others, and in line with the brief too. I posted two pictures of my kids eating the goodness snacks, in this case the tortillas, and at the time no-one else had posted those being eaten so I thought it better to be original. I didn't show their faces but several other parents had done the same and had their pictures approved. Now with the knorr stockpots I made a gorgeous soup and put it into bowls and took a nice picture of it. In the caption I wrote exactly what the soup was and which of the stockpots I had used. Rejected again. I am royally miffed and don't think I will be submitting any more photos. Another thing that has happened is my ocado review got rejected and they told me to edit it and post the link again, you can't edit reviews on ocado! Instead I posted another review on another variety of stockpot, when I went to my bzzagent there was no longer the place to submit the URL so I emailed them saying this review I am sure meets your guidelines and here's the URL. This was a few days back and no response. I really feel like I'm wasting my time sometimes. Just like with Pinterest I really don't think that the bzzagent staff even know how these third party sites they tell you to post to, work xx0

A note from our review team:
We need to see a person in your photo for Knorr Stock Pots, BzzAgent paul2louise! Let us know when you serve up your soup!
I have looked on their campaign page and there are loads of pics of cooking in pans on plates and NO people.
I feel like I am wasting my time. I can't take Pic of my soup now as I have eaten it.
Decided from now on I do the bare minimum for Bzz, why should I waste my time
I got this notice when my latest photo was rejected
A note from our review team:
Please read the instructions for this activity carefully. Thanks!
Um I did and being so vague as to what is wrong with my picture doesn't exactly help me for next time does it? I'm really starting to think that there is a favouritism going on here certain members get pictures etc approved even if they don't seem to meet the guidelines and others get them rejected no matter what. I've seen some bzzreports that don't even make any sense when read, serious spelling errors, words missing from sentences etc. Same with reviews. Xx0
