Interesting - the pump on mine broke when I used it yesterday! Irritating! Is it the same problem as yours? I'd be really annoyed if I'd bought it :D

Yep exactly the same issue! I re-emailed yesterday and got told I was 'on the mailing list for redelivery but they couldn't tell me when that would be'. Guess I'll just have to wait and see. If it doesn't arrive by the end of the campaign I shall just file a reposrt stating that I couldn't use it and was disappointed as it was the pump that broke etc . It's worth emailing Bzz though as they will send you a new one, I just don't know how long it will take :D
Everyone has a dark side... apparently mine is called Harold?!?

Is it something you could complain to Toni & Guy's customer service about? May be you could get a voucher for a new product from them as if you bought it (obviously don't tell Toni & Guy you got the product free, lol!):)

thats really not a good thing to do, genuine people who have problems who spent money on there products might not get taken seriously when the yare genuine and spent there own money on it and then people who get it free waste time and fake it to get more free products

Got a new invite last night to the Pharmaton campaign, 30 day course of vitamin pills and some money off vouchers. Handy for me as I normally take vitamin pills so interested to find out what these are like. Any one else had an invite to this campaign?

I dont see it as a waste of time to go back to the company and say the product was damaged....in fact its exactly what I did on a previous bzz campaign....the company were extremly helpful in replacing it (I did return the broken product to prove there was no element of fake about myu claim)....and I was then able to continue bzzing and help to promote the product....which is afterall what the company hope to achieve by taking up the services of bzz.

The company involved was one I had previously had no dealings with but as a result of their good customer service when I approched them to say I was trialling a product through bzz but had been sent a fauly one,has meant that I've gone on to buy other products from them and would be very happy to recommend them in the future.

So you don't think a company would like to know that it's products have a fault?

On the contary, I have complained on many occasions if a product has a fault/taste defect and the 1st thing the companies always say is Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention as unless we know we have a problem we cannot rectify it!

This is a genuine problem with a product it doesn't matter if it was received free or not and the company would like to hear about it in my opinion!

It is a perfectly acceptable thing to do:)

Just realised there is a list of Lambrini stockists on the campaign site, d'oh. There isn't one near me so don't know what I'm supposed to do now. I can technically get to one but I'd have to spend so much on public transport it wouldn't be worth it.
The bottle of Lambrini I got with the free voucher was £3.09.
In your shoes, I would wait with the voucher in your bag for a chance crossing with a tesco/asda. The campaign is on for a few weeks.
The secret to success is making very small, yet constant changes.:)

Has anyone received their pack for the Free From campaign and used their voucher? In my experience Free From stuff is normally quite pricey and I just wondered what other Bzz Agents managed to get with their £3.
  • Have a look on the Tesco website, from memory I think the packs of 4 yogurts were priced at £1.50.
