Yesterday I had an email for the cookie campaign but when I logged onto the site there was no sign of it! I have not had a campaign since last November despite my score being 7.8 I am getting seriously fed up bzz agent!!!0

in my experience the kits do take quite a while to get sent out, i think it was at least 3 wks from signing up that i got the naturally powered one. my halo kit was saying dispatched for a week before it arrived. Maybe contact CS if you are worried.
dodiegee good luck getting a campaign, i have 7.0 score but haven't been invited to any of the last 4 campaigns except cookies. I find I have a dry patch then a rush of campaign offers so maybe you are due a rush!0 -

I can't get in either, I've emailed tech support.
I got an email this morning asking for an update on a campaign I'm not even part of and now can't log in and when I put my email into the forgotten password box it say's I'm not on their systems but I was for them to email me this morning.
Hopefully it will be sorted soon
ETA: just realised the link I got in the email took me to the US .com version of the site if I go to .co.uk I can log in, they must've had an issue with a crossover
Same happened to me.must say the trial looked interesting.Im known as the 'Fixer' if you have a problem, come to me and i can fix it for you.0 -
Had another email this evening saying that there had been a delay with the t&g kits. Problem should be sorted soon.0

Why do they say you can submit two reviews, if all you're allowed to review is actually using the product itself? That would just be submitting one review twice! I don't see why reviewing the packaging and look of the range etc is not acceptable, I was saying positive stuff as well, not like I was slagging it off! I was going to submit a review after I'd actually used the products too like it says I can... weird.
I think bzz reports are meant to focus on you telling someone else about it (hence the name bzz) rather than you just reviewing the product and saying what you thought. They like to hear what the person you told thought about it and if they're likely to buy it following talking to you etc.
Hope that helps. Most recent wins: IPad, Jamie Magazine yearbook, Links of London friendship bracelet, Baumatic ice cream machine! :j0 -

As jenza says, you are not reviewing these products although they are interested in your view of them.
BzzAgent is a Word of Mouth advetising company, you tell your friends/neighbours about the product after trying it, always mentioning that BzzAgent gave you the chance to try for free and handing out any money off vouchers and report back their comments/views on the product to BzzAgent:)"Sealed Pot challenge" member No. 138

Got my cookies pack through yesterday, and bought the freebie pack today. Very nice when I tried em, but am dreading a bit doing the review given all the rejects folks here are getting. This will be my first BZZ in quite a while, and previously everything seemed easy. Will probs try a review tomorrow once I am awake more.0

Nah, that's the BzzReport. I'm talking about the actual review, the bit that says "WRITE A REVIEW Share your thoughts on your TONI&GUY products Go on, influence other consumers. Tell them what you think of your TONI&GUY products"
I didn't do anything differently in this campaign to what I normally do. In other campaigns I've used the BzzReport to report what I've told other people about the products, and submitted two reviews about the actual products (a first impression review, and then a review after using the product). So quite why all my others were accepted but this one wasn't isn't clear. I didn't break any rules, I did what they asked me to do!0 -
