Will do! Have got my fingers tightly crossed. Really need a new iron. Hopefully they'll tell me how to use the golden key if you don't use it by sending an email request.

  • I've already got a pressurised steam generator iron so I accepted the buzz anyway so that my mom can have the iron instead.....I do recommend using a steam generator iron as it takes half the time to do a load of ironing than usual:money: £20 is a bargain!!

  • mine has arrived, although they managed to send it to the wrong address?!?!?!? A very nice man brought it to our house. Any more gone stray I wonder?

  • I haven't got my Iron yet! It was apparently signed for by one of my neighbours on Thursday and she said she hasn't had anything! Don't know what to do now. Really Pd off about it today.

Hi, have you tried a few of your neighbours or just the one because today i was working on my front garden and was approached by a courier who asked if i would accept a parcel for someone who lives 4 houses away! He only came to me because i was outside, when i said i didn't know them he then went and bothered to ask the actual next door neighbours of the people who's parcel it was. I hope it gets sorted for you soon.
  • Just got this email from Buzz

When I spoke to DHL they said that someone called s g****** signed for the parcel and said they were my sister. I checked on 192.com and had alook at the electorial register and is my neighbour, but she says she aint had it. Also they never put a note through the door saying that they had left it elsewhere. so am presuming they gave it to someone who was in the vacinity of my front door. Still investigating it today apparently.
I may have lupus but it doesnt make me useless! I am a true believer in Karma, and am a typical cancerian. I have a hard outside, but am mushy on the inside.:o

Buzz really shouldnt have used DHL, they are absolutly terrible! They left a £400 camcorder on my doorstep, which at the time was on a main/busy road. Needless to say, it wasnt there when I got home! Luckily we got another one sent out from currys and I was in next time round! I know people moan about Home network but they're no where near as bad as DHL IMO.
Got my first buzz in now. Was so tempted to tell everyone at DDs nursery today, but IM sure they'll all think Im mad, LOL

Just thought I'd say although it feels heavy you have to remember you only have to pick the steam generator up twice. Once to put it on the board and then to take it off again. After that it's just like using a normal iron size and weight wise.
I also had no problem at all getting mine delivered, so don't be put off it really is worth the £20. It saves so much time ironing and will make your ironing less of a chore.
Thanks for any help and advice given
