After 2 and a half years wit BZZ just got my first trial !!!!!!! of Arm & Hammer.. can anyone tell me what you are meant to do and what they want with these reports? its not clear on the site and info book and they are not much help when you email them? Thanks

Well done :D They want you to be honest and say exactly what you said to your friend(s) or colleagues, and that you have told them you are a bzz agent. They want feedback on what the response was like too. I always start by chatting to friends and saying 'oh i got this from bzz...' as they know i do it. I write lots of narrative and been ok so far? Sorry that is probably not much help x

Thanks folks. I will have a stab at doing them. Do you know if they ever reject them for not being good enough? Cos I am really not thinking most ppl post like that american one or do they?

Yes they can reject them although I dont know anyone who has had any rejected.

Mine are all like the american one, the only ones that arent are copies of emails that I have sent bzzing people as they are a little more basic.

ok. got my free toothpaste through. and i ahve to say i'm impressed. a lot of it and money off vouchers. that...and it actually works :S i didnt think it would but my teeth are actually whiter!
  • Got my first kit after two years! It's the SPLENDA one.

I don't get the options for spreading Bzz other than face-to-face. Do you not actually give them the product to try if you're doing it on Facebook or Twitter or whatever? If not then how can they give feedback on it?? Or do you say "hey, got some samples" on Facebook and then give it to them in person... in which case that still seems like face to face to me???

I am sure that Bzz don't read our reports though ... I sent a less than complimentary (but totally honest!) report and got this back:

We hope you've been having fun trying it out - and we bet your friends love hearing about your experience. We certainly do. Keep us posted on who you Bzz next, and we'll look for another terrific report soon.

Mine was definitely read, I got a reply something like "Well done for trying it out, even though it looks like they won't be switching from good old sugar any time soon!" from Jono.

    Great!:D

I've actually just been invited to this and out of all the stuff they've sent me so far (Nair, Splenda), this is the one I really wanted to get. I thought I'd missed out as I'd heard nothing. I'm actually using Arm and Hammer Sensitive at the moment, so it'll be nice to compare the two.

So those of you who missed out first time, keep checking your mailboxes and your bzzagent page!
