Hello all, just back from the beach and it's scorching out there today. Luc - just be careful in the sun while you're pregnant as you might end up with some dodgy pigmentation like me which is apparently really common. noone warned me about it and it wasn't like I was abroad just late spring near Glasgow!

I parked up once Toto in town and when I came back, the person next to me was so close, I could only just open the door so I had to get in the passenger side and clamber over the gear stick.

    Ladylike it was not.........

I would go that way only the car on the passenger side is just as close. Honestly if people would park properly we wouldn't have this situation :rotfl: I suppose I could get in via the back door, that would mean climbing over the back seats... ooh getting stuck there would be really shameful wouldn't it.. @rse in the air, like pooh bear stuck in a tree.

YOu may be onto something there. I'm sure I wouldn't be so bothered if I could be pottering around doing the things I want to do (mostly baby related at the minute:rolleyes: ) rather than have to clock watch until 6pm (early finish tonight;) ) then go home so kncked all I can face is slumping on the sofa with a juice and a choccie biccie...

Although having said that I wouldn't say no to 2 weeks on a beach somewhere if it was offered :p

No I wouldn't turn anyone down offering me a holiday at the min I finish at 6 as well - on the late shift tonight and its always dead after about 5 so I just have to sit here being bored or talking to you guys on here, wonder which I'll be doing!

the door locks of my old car used to freeze up quite often in the winter so that was the easiest/quickest way in...always seemed to happen when wearing high heels and skirt for work!:o

Hi All, I'm hot tired and grumpy today :) And I just got myself wedged between my car and next doors. I parked in a small space between 2 neighbours in the parking bays and forgot I'm not as slim as I once was, only I didn't realise until I was pretty well stuck. I figured I was better to keep going in the out direction rather than try to get back in the car. It worked in the end, but now I realise I need to get back in the car in half an hour to go and get the girls from club :o
In france they send firemen to deliver babies if a fire truck is closer than an ambulance.... useful if cutting machinery needed :rotfl:
