Future Mortgages

we are having problems with Future Mortgages. We have a second mortgage with them where we pay £308 a month and are struggling. They are constantly ringing us and one girl I spoke to today took me through the "Security Questions" to which I gave all incorrect answers and she said "Thats great, now I am ringing to discuss your mortgage account". oh no she wasn't. I could have been anybody ! So I advised her that she was not actually listening to the answers I gave and let bid her good day !

has anyone else got experience of Furture Mortgages or anyone like us finding it hard to keep up repayments?

Grateful for any replies !

Future are part of Citibank Group and closed to new business (on mortgages) in the last few months. They are probably aggressively managing their arrears book to try to minimise bad debt losses.
