Ordered one of these on 25th August, still no sign of it in the flesh... Anyone done this successfully- am I being too impatient (over a week... thought that was quite a while....)
Any advice welcome...xx

I have received mine, takes a little longer than normal. I believe the website says it takes about 5 days for these photo books to be printed etc. Dont worry, it will come any time soon. HTH

My photos were posted on TripAdvisor on 15th August but I haven't received a code yet....

Suppose I'd better email someone.

The photobooks are printed in France so takes a little longer to come but you will get it, probably today as it's been a week .

Can anybody say if their code looks unique or if it looks as though the same has been used for all? E.g "freebook" would probably be for all but "free124242/23423" may be unique!

Just wondering if there was a way of getting around uploading holiday pics!

I received a code and spent hours finding photos and editing my photobook. Got to checkout and entered my code, but the amount was not deducted from the price.

I emailed Photobox who have replied:

"If the offercode didn't work it usually means that your not authorized to use it or the offercode was stopped due to abuse."

Can't see why I wouldn't be authorised as I uploaded photos to Tripadvisor and received the code.

I think the Tripadvisor code had to be used by the 12th September, the Baileys offer was the 31st August. I might have them the wrong way round but the dates are correct, so I guess you were too late.

Update: long after the event - I did get the Photobook! It was a lot smaller than I thought, but OH was happy with soppy pics of us together....
