1. If I received a pay check from a company that went out of business, How can I get this ONE pay stub I am missing.
2.If I dont say anything about the one paystub will they find out.
3.what if you dont have receipts for your cash out on your investments and it just went to every day living
4.will they take Tvs, refrigarators, washer dryers.. what if I sell them all first?
probably pretty dumb questions.......... dont beat me up to bad.

hi hurting i am no expert don't know about 1 and 2
if you received any money during your bankruptcy u will have to declared it to the OR no matter what ... this is what the judges told me before declaring me bankrupt!
they will not take your tv fridge etc... only item which i think have a value of +1000 pounds such as antiques etc....BSC number 1830 -
Hi
the only dumb question is the one that is not asked.
I would not worry about the missing pay stub. If the OR wants it, they will chase it up.
And the OR may go after you for the 52 inch flat screen TV, car or the loft load of antiques but basic household equipment is of no interest. Hold on to any basic household good and do not sell in advance, as the OR will want anything in your bank account. If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -

Can you explain this a bit more, dont understand what you mean.
2.If I dont say anything about the one paystub will they find out.
If it went through your accounts/bank system, they probably would if they look
3.what if you dont have receipts for your cash out on your investments and it just went to every day living
Tell the OR that, they are pretty understanding if you used CC ect to pay for general things.
4.will they take Tvs, refrigarators, washer dryers.. what if I sell them all first?
If you have 50" plasmas in every room, and a few antiques yes they may show an interest in them. If you dispose of any assest and keep the monies when you are insolvent the OR will not look favourably on that and you could end up with a BRO which would extend the length of the bankruptcy.

No Question is dumb, only the unasked ones. We have all been where you are now and most are happy to help.
