I emailed them regarding using tickets won by someone else and received the following email :
I'm afraid that it will be up to the discretion of AEG as to whether entry is permitted or not if you did not directly receive the email from us.
I'm sorry that I cannot be more helpful, however the direction that we have been given is only that recipients of the email are eligible for the free ticket.

I have just spoken to AEG and can confirm that if an email is presented it will not be refused. If you print out the image from the 'click to view' link you should not have an issue.
