    Hi Micky66

Thank goodness - someone in a similar position to us!, im really pleased to hear about the renting situation for you - we are going to the EA today to start the credit checks - exactly the same as you - no CCJ's but we do have defaults - and we do have a guarantor if needed - so i really hope we get it but i just darent think any further until we get an answer.

I think with regards to your rent, as long as its in keeping with the area, and your'e not renting a mansion you should be OK!
We currently pay £458.00 interest only for the mortgage and rent will be £550.00 but most houses around here are at least £500 for 3 bed - just think if you were on repayment mortgage it would be a lot more!

Like you i will feel much better if we get into rented.

Thanks for posting, its great having somebody in a similar position - i know it sounds strange but its a lonely position to be in sometimes when you dont know whats ahead, it would be nice to keep in touch and let me know how you're getting on

    hi jen

i forgot to mention the guarantor,we had one also but they didnt ask for it,which was nice!
we obviously havent told them we're planning to go BR and are hoping it says nothing about that in the contract(fingers crossed!!)

its not a good stuation to be in and i keep questioning if i/we are doing the right thing with regards to BR but when i write it all down it does make perfect sense, just hope when it comes to it the court thinks the same!!!

have not even attempted the SOA yet looks a nightmare, but i will base most of it on the SOA i did with the CCCS!

once i move in i will kick off the BR,up till then im saving loads of money, which i feel we're going to need for the future.

best of luck Jen and yep deffo keep in touch!

    Hi there

Exactly the same situation here!, as for the SOA - i am now forgetting about it until i need to!!
I just want to get moved and settled in, as soon as weve finished unpacking im calling the court to book the BR, i just dont feel like i can cope with it all at once, and our priority at the moment is finding a house.

    Speak soon

    Jen
