if you are accepting liability and offering payment there should be no need for the matter to go to court ?
If you do go to court then the Judge will review your I&E and rule according to what you can realistically afford.
Perhaps if you give some more details on the debt then I can advise further:rolleyes: It’s hard enough remembering my opinions - without remembering my reasons for them :rolleyes:0 -

under the extended use of Pre Action Protocols they are obliged to accept "reasonable offers" this is directly proportionally to your I&E.
If they pursue the matter to court even after you have mad a reasonable offer then this will not be viewed favourably by a judge. It’s hard enough remembering my opinions - without remembering my reasons for them :rolleyes:0 -
so who should i sent the forms to the court or them ?Wannabe DFW NERD: Not fully fledged member yet !

Send it back to the creditor if you agree to the claim if they don;t accept the court will make a judgement based on what you have filled in.
Make sure you return it within 14 days.0 -
