Fuming!! I have NOT one an impulse prize!

I posted here last week regarding a win I got on impulse that never sent me a confirmation email. wont lots of stupid downloads and this was my 1st actual win, I have added an email from impulse saying I should be assured my prize will be on its way, now received one from the lounge group saying it wnt as there is no record. Advise please?

Can they do that? 'Yes, you've won a prize... actually, no you haven't ner ner'. Maybe send them an email. But I doubt they'll do anything if your name isn't on their winner list.

I sent them an email with all correspondance in order to see what there take is on the whole situation. As I said I doubt there is much I can do but at least I wont be giving them an easy time of it lol.
As said before....... at least I have until 31st to win lol I've only been trying every sodden day to win as it was :rotfl: .
Just thought I would post it all so you's can have a laugh at there expense
